Once you fill out the form, we will connect with you to walk you through our process

3. Inform your tenants

You’d receive your email address and dedicated support line. Please share this number and email with your tenants

4. Swift response to emergency maintenance requests

Upon receipt of emergency maintenance requests, we’d coordinate with our trusted local contractors or your preferred maintenance to visit your property and resolve the issues

5. Routine maintenance expertly handled

For routine maintenance, we’d inform you of any upcoming routine maintenance and coordinate with our trusted local contractors or your preferred maintenance team to carry-out the maintenance

6. Monitor the process via our portal

You can monitor all maintenance activity and invoices, and tenant requests via our property management portal.

EazyLandlord is the perfect property management service for both new and experienced landlords who are looking for stress-free and efficient property management that lets them keep more of their monthly rental cashflow

We currently operate in the following cities within Canada: Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. 

However, we are expanding to cover more cities within Canada and the US. Please contact us if you would like to sign-up and your city or country is not listed here.

Getting started is easy. Choose the plan that best suits you, fill out the onboarding form and a team member will reach to walk you through the rest of the set-up process

Our prices start at $79/unit and go lower as you add more units.

Our pricing model ensures that your monthly property management fees stay low on months when there is little or no maintenance on your unit.

For months where a lot of maintenance is going on, you only have to pay for the additional minutes we spend on the phone coordinating the maintenance. We don’t charge a separate maintenance coordination fee

We currently do not handle the tenant leasing process. However, we are happy to refer you to our trusted real estate agents or other property managers who’d help you find great tenants and handle the entire leasing process.

Once your tenants move in, we’d take over and handle all tenant interactions and property maintenance issues. Contact us if you are looking to rent out your property.

We coordinate most types of routine and emergency maintenance issues under $3000 CAD. For projects above $3000 CAD, we recommend you work with a contractor directly

We agree with landlords on a maintenance cost threshold, usually $300 to $500. Any maintenance costs below this threshold are addressed and charged to the property owner’s account.

For maintenance issues that are above the agreed threshold, we call property owners and get their consent before proceeding with the work

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply contact us to cancel your subscription atleast 1 week before your subscription renews
